I finally found a hand and wrist model!
This is a vintage, German glove mold. I found it at Lucky Little Dot, a vintage shop on Etsy. I first saw them on Etsy's front page featured in a treasury and I really debated if it would work for me, but now that I have it...I love it.
The customer service at Lucky Little Dot is superb and even though I was worried it would break in transit, I shouldn't have. It was packed very well with almost no chance of getting broken.
Now it sits on my design table waiting to model my next creation!

What a great vintage arm--and your cuff looks lovely on it. I got your message, and I'm so glad your son and son-in-law liked their gifts!
Hope you have a most excellent new year-- Barbara
What a great find.
That's a great hand. Stuff like that is hard to find. Well, its not, but it is if you don't want clear glass and want something that is distinctive looking.
oh this looks good. I find some "model hands" downright scary, but this one is chic.
I like it. I wonder what it would look like, palm up? To me that is more welcoming. Or standing, since it can... Great new blog!
