love bunnies! i'm jealous- where i live, we have mockingbirds that at around midnight start imitating car alarms and phone rings. i'm not about to say what i found in the garage the other day- suffice to say urban living has its pros and cons!
Oh Rose, that roadrunner is so cool! The bunnies are adorable! That's one thing we have plenty of here. What kind of bird is that in the first photo? Nice to be able to see wildlife like this from your office window!
Awww, there is nothing better than nature so close to you...we've got tadpoles, salamanders, lizards, a nest of swallows on our porch and countless other birds, but I want bunnies!!!
Sue...it is an enchanted garden. A quail just walked by, but it was moving fast, so I didn't get a picture. Seems I can't get pictures of them....but I can catch the roadrunner!
The roadrunner pic is gorgeous! And that bunny is beyond adorable!
We have a population of "pet" bunnies that were released out onto a golf course near here. Needless to say there are some amazingly colored rabbits running wild. Did I mention that they bred like ra...you know what I mean, hehe.
I get to see a wildlife parade out my office window, too. And like you, I have my camera at the ready to catch those critters unawares! I had a wild turkey in the yard yesterday! Talk about cool!
Well, I think so anyway....
I enjoyed the photos of the snake, too. I'm so glad you didn't run outside to kill it!
You certainly have a lot going on in your front yard. I would have never thought all those guys were around in the desert. Love that roadrunner - looks like you caught him in action!
Oh, are those the baby bunnies that live in the pipe? The ones threatened by the snake? They are soooo cute!! I think the snake is gorgeous, but in a different way too, but I'm a snake person :)
How wonderful to have such wildlife right outside your window!
It was rather interesting for me to read the blog. Thanx for it. I like such themes and everything that is connected to them. I definitely want to read more soon.
