It's A Dogs Life

Ohhhh, it's been a really difficult day.  Chasing balls..Sasha chasing me...barking...begging for treats

Warming up a bit

 Sitting and contemplating life

Sasha, there's no room for you here on this step...

It's your turn now....mom...where's the towel?

Thursday

Puppy Play Time

Everyone playing on a sunny day! No, we didn't get two more dogs....that's Rylie and Frannie with their spring hair cuts....

Friday

Around the House

Doesn't she look sweet? She was in her sleepy mode. Actually you can do just about anything to her and she is very patient. We've dressed her up, put socks on her paws, never tries to remove anything. But, when she doesn't want to do something she is the most stubborn dog I have ever had. She'll be six this year and is getting white fur around her eyes, must be a sign of aging in Brittanies. The next one, below can intimidate her with just a look....

And Rylie. Well he is a stinker. He has two cookies in the first picture, the one in his mouth is actually Frannies. Now if you offer him that initially he doesn't want it...that's why the other cookie is there, that's the one he wanted. Notice he hasn't even chewed it. Frannie begins chewing hers, Rylie walks over and barks at her. She doesn't pay him any attention; however, she will eventually get tired of chewing and as soon as she does hawk Rylie swoops in (just like the hawk that flys above our house, below) and takes her cookie. She doesn't care....but doesn't he look like, "what? me? she gave it to me mom......

Frannie the Crazy Brittany

This is my other well loved, spoiled dog. Isn't she beautiful? She requires a lot of attention and loves nothing more then to be in your lap with her head on your shoulder....being petted. Frannie thinks she is a lap dog...she weighs about 55lbs, and is four and a half years old. Even though she loves to play she is also very laid back.

In this picture she is saying, "ok, are you going to throw the ball already?"
